He later decides his hyperactivity and ability to be annoying is another superpower when battling Chang'e. Cloudcuckoolander: One of his many quirks is he thinks he can run through walls.Also is stunned that despite winning his ping pong game against Chang'e she won't give him what she promised. Children Are Innocent: Doesn't catch on to Fei Fei's dislike of him until she spells it out, having blamed her being annoyed by him on normal sibling feelings.Cheerful Child: Chin is very hyperactive and positive, and even after Fei Fei breaks his heart by claiming she'll never be his sister he quicly rallies to get the picture in order to help her anyway.Catchphrase: Chin shouts "No barriers!" whenever he tries to use his "superpower".Big Sister Worship: He really admires Fei Fei and is always trying to impress her even before they become siblings.Annoying Younger Sibling: His enthusiasm and eccentricities cause Fei Fei to think of him as an annoying brother.Wrench Wench: How many kids do you know who can build a working rocket?.Tragic Keepsake: Her mother's scarf with Chang'e's image on it and her Chang'e doll.MacGyvering: Her rocket is made out of random stuff she picks up around town, with the most "machine" like bits identifiable being old car doors, parts of washing machine, and a video game controller.Ma Ma used to comb her hair, so Fei Fei chopped it off in grief when she died. Important Haircut: The reason behind Fei Fei's shredded hair.She becomes convinced if she can prove Chang'e exists, then her father with "remember" her mother and not marry Ms. I Miss Mom: Her grief over the loss of her mother is what drives all her actions.Innocent Prodigy: Stunted maturity by trauma aside, Fei Fei is genuinely adept at the practical science of building a maglev-propelled rocket, or at least what could be a slick go-kart.Clap Your Hands If You Believe: In an anguished wish she plans the revelation of Chang'e being real would cease her father's remarrying.The Ace: She's at the top of her class and she's smart enough to engineer an almost-working rocket.Asian and Nerdy: She could build an entire rocket on her own.A brainy young girl who clings to the legend of Chang'e in parallel to her need to never replace her deceased mother.
